Free Standard Shipping
Qezer Outdoor offers free standard shipping on eligible orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are usually processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
We will choose the nearest available warehouse or fulfillment location based on your delivery address and product availability.
Most orders shipped from our local or partner warehouses are delivered within 3–7 business days after processing.
Some products may be shipped directly from our factory or another fulfillment location. Factory-direct orders may take approximately 15–20 business days to arrive.
The estimated delivery time shown at checkout or on the product page is the most accurate estimate for your order.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the countries and regions available at checkout.
If your location is not available at checkout, we may not be able to ship to your address at this time.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
