Refund policy
30-Day Free Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. Return shipping is free for eligible returns and exchanges. Qezer Outdoor will cover the return shipping cost.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: clean, undamaged, and with its original accessories, tags, stuff sack, and packaging when reasonably possible. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, accidents, unauthorized repairs, heavy outdoor use, stains, odors, missing parts, or normal wear and tear caused after delivery.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at qezersleepingbag@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
After your return request is confirmed, we will provide the return instructions. Depending on your location and the product, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label, a designated return address, or carrier pickup instructions. When carrier pickup is available, the carrier may contact you to arrange collection.
Return Shipping Cost
For eligible returns and exchanges, Qezer Outdoor pays the return shipping cost. Customers do not need to pay a return shipping fee for eligible returns.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at qezersleepingbag@gmail.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at qezersleepingbag@gmail.com. Once your exchange request is confirmed, we will provide instructions for returning the original item and arranging the replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, this policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
In addition to any statutory rights, Qezer Outdoor offers a 30-day return window as stated above.
